Several scholarships for graduate and undergraduate (senior and junior) students are available in the 2006/2007 academic year. Each scholarship provides financial support of up to $1000, with half the amount disbursed in the fall and the remainder in the spring semester. These amounts qualify the recipients for in-state tuition for the entire academic year, including the summer. These scholarships are available through the generous support of Chevron Texaco, Exxon Mobil, Shell, and the Mehta Foundation.
Eligibility requirements:
- Recipients must register for at least 6 hours in the fall 2006 semester.
- Undergraduate or graduate students that were accepted in the Department of Computer Science in the spring of 2006 or earlier will be considered.
- The minimum GPA for undergraduate students is 3.0 and for graduate students is 3.25.
Applicants must submit the following material:
