Volunteer Position

The Fourteenth Court of Appeals is an intermediate appellate court 
consisting of nine justices with a staff of approximately forty 
lawyers, clerks, and secretaries.  We employ one systems analyst 
with a degree in computer engineering, but no programmer.  This 
summer, we anticipate switching word processing software, namely, 
from Corel WordPerfect to Microsoft Word.  Unfortunately, the 
judges and staff have become quite accustomed to using an array of 
pull-down menus, sophisticated macros, templates, dialog boxes, 
etc. in WordPerfect when drafting opinions, orders, judgments, 
etc.  Thus, we would like to create similar menus, macros, 
templates, etc. in Visual Basic for Applications for use in 
Microsoft Word.  This would ease our transition to Word considerably.

Unfortunately, we cannot afford to hire a programmer.  Accordingly, 
we are searching for a student volunteer, proficient in VBA, 
that would be willing to devote a few days of programming time to help us out.
