Consultants have a strong desire for continuous learning and growth of technical and business skills. Since the majority of the work is done on client site, the role involves extensive user interaction and requires excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Some of the specific roles and responsibilities one could expect are as follows:

• Working on site with clients on a daily basis.
• Participating in the design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of a software solution
• Working closely with our development center to integrate release software into client environments
• Providing guidance, mentoring, and support for less experienced consultants
• Potentially managing small project teams on established activities or as a sub part of larger projects

Qualifications
For this position, we are looking for individuals that meet the following base qualifications:

• Must be willing to travel up to 100% within Southwest US
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (Overall)
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Finance or related disciplines
• Internship experience or Work experience
• Actively involved in student organizations, strongly preferred
• Aspiration or work experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• Long-term goals of project management and system building
• Motivation to take on more responsibility, entrepreneurial skills,and an interest to help grow and develop client relationships
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• You will be based out of Houston or Dallas.
