Customer Training Service Desk Representative

Skills:
A four year degree is required. No substitutions for the degree considered. Type 30 wpm, excellent troubleshooting skills, public speaking. Perfect English required. Helpful but not required: SQL, HTML, Networking, sys admin.
Job Description:
Job duties include training our customers to use our industry leading software, troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and giving best-practice advice, as well as handling incoming communication to the Help Desk including ACD calls, voice mail, and e-mail. Must accurately analyze, resolve, and document problems and requests in accordance with current standards. Most time is spent on the phone, however some travel is required. You must be willing to travel out of state with as little as 24 hours notice. We will train you to use our software.
