Brief Description The Deloitte National Multistate Tax Technology team is looking for a team oriented individual. This individual must have the ability to code in both traditional and .NET Microsoft development technologies and be ready to apply it in a consulting environment. Candidate should have the ability to work well with other team members, possess excellent communication skills (technical and business), complete assigned tasks in prescribed period and meet deadlines, accept personal accountability, be able to communicate effectively within a small team to ensure outcomes and deadlines are achieved, and demonstrate basic problem solving skills. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the migration of legacy systems to a web-based platform and for working with other team members in the enhancement and support of custom built solutions. The candidate must have the ability to work with clients and gain understanding of the tax functional requirements and business goals of the project.
Qualifications -BA/BS in Management Information Systems or Computer Science IN PROCESS from an accredited college/university is required. -Junior or Senior status -Venkat Subramanian’s programming class already completed is preferred -Full-Time or Part-Time intern during Fall Semester with possibility of extending internship longer Educational Training in several of the following: VB/VBA, .NET (VB.Net, ASP.Net, C#), XML, JavaScript, SQL, SQL Server, MS Access
Salary competitive per Hour
