We need a programmer to help us in developing routines for an existing spatial statistics program. The programmer must have at least a Bachelor's in computer science with a Master's being preferable. The individual must be experienced in C++ programming with at least introductory graduate course work in statistics and a good background in quantitative methods. Also, experience with the ESRI family of GIS products is desirable. The work will be by contract and will be intermittent through the year. There will be a minimum of 10 hours per week with the possibility for more. The rate is $15-$30 per hour depending on skills
