A research group in the department of imaging physics at MD Anderson is looking for a summer student research assistant to join a team to implement simulation software, develop algorithms and evaluate imaging system performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated student working on cutting-edge imaging technology for medical/biomedical applications.
MD Anderson is located nearby in the Texas Medical Center. All student in MS or PhD program are welcome to apply. The position requires solid math and analytical skills, excellent computer software and programming skills in C++, MatLab, and Linux. Experience or knowledge in imaging processing, data analysis,instrumentation, and electronics is preferred but not necessary.
