Globalization is changing how and where technology is being developed. As outsourcing continues to become more popular, software development is becoming a commodity business. As a UH-CS student, there are key strategies that can be employed to support a successful career in tomorrow's global economy. This presentation will not only highlight key strategies for success but will also provide an overview of the trends in computer technology. The area of focus will mainly be mobile hardware and software, from both a technical and business perspective. The major technical concepts to be covered include mobile software development and computer processor architecture. An open Q&A session will follow the presentation.
