Smart Cameras: From Systems-on-Chips to Peer-to-Peer Networks: 09.11.06
Abstract
The Embedded Systems Group at Princeton has spent several years designing and studying smart cameras that perform real-time video analysis. This talk
will describe several stages of that work. We will start with single-camera systems by describing some algorithms and how to design systems-on-chips to
perform those algorithms efficiently. We will then talk about multiple camera systems and peer-to-peer networks that share data without a central server and
without transporting raw video between nodes.
