Preparing Computer Science Students for Global Challenges

A Scholarship Offer for Undergraduate Students Interested in Preparing for 21st Century Computer Science Careers

The Department of Computer Science at the University of Houston is awarding scholarships with each up to $10,000 per year to academically meritorious, professionally talented computer science undergraduate students with an S-STEM grant from the National Science Foundation. This program offers students preparation for global challenges of the 21st century by enriching their academic preparation in multi-disciplinary approaches.

All computer science scholarships are awarded for one academic year (fall and spring semesters) to entering and continuing undergraduates.

The Computer Science Scholarship Committee, which is comprised of computer science faculty representatives, awards the computer science scholarships. The Computer Science Scholarship Committee evaluates all applications and informs students of the results.
